Service - Concentrating primarily on the welding industry our service is undiluted, therefore we are confident and comfortable advising on any welding or fabrication situation. To endorse this we are happy to arrange free demonstrations of equipment and consumables that have been recommended by ourselves or specified by the client. Upon consultation with our clients, we are happy to add and keep stock of any product that they approve for use on their projects. All stocked products are available on a next day delivery service.

Welding/Cutting Machinery - Purchase from us as distributors for Fronius, Lincoln, ArcGen, Hobart, SAF, Miller, Hypertherm, Newarc and Harris. These manufacturers produce welder generators, single 110/240 and three phase power sources in MMA, MIG, TIG, submerged arc welding and plasma cutters as well as quality gas welding and cutting equipment. One innovative recent development has been the emergence of a new process that can double the speed of manual welding on the shop floor, High deposition welding by Fronius.

Welding Machinery Service & Repair - Any new or existing equipment can be assessed and reported on as to economical repair or replacement as well as P A T testing and calibration/validation services.

Welding Consumables - Offering a complete portfolio of welding and cutting products for shop floor and on site fabrication. Within our portfolio we are pleased to offer a range of products from Bohler Thyssen Welding, SAF Welding Products, Hobart and Lincoln Welding.

Gas Cutting and Heating - To compliment the above we stock a complete range of products from the regulator through to the nozzle for gas cutting and heating from Harris, BIG, GAS ARC, WITT and Butcher Brothers.

Welding Procedure/Welder Qualification - Welding engineering advice on process selection, welder training and consumable choice to establish welding procedure and welder qualification approval to the European recognised standard EN 287/ EN15614 and ASME 1X. Qualification to these standards have certification issued with Notified Body Status a prerequisite for PED compliance.

Ancillaries - To complete our service we also offer to supply a range of products including overalls, headshields, handshields gloves, goggles, boots, abrasives and health and safety equipment etc.

Hire Division – Hire of Engine driven welders, manual metal arc welders, Tig and Mig sets, Plasma cutters all available in 110volt, 240 volt and 415 volts.
