Weighing in at an easily portable 27 kg, the new TransPulsSynergic makes pulsed-arc welding "bearable" at last! And it still finds room for a D 300/K 300 industry standard wire spool and the tried-and-tested 4-roller wirefeed drive. All of which ideally suits it for use out in the field. 270 A of power, the very highest precision, exact reproducibility and superlative welding properties - any time, anywhere.

The TPS 2700 is just ideal for more difficult materials such as Al or CrNi, and for such varied processes as MIG brazing, MIG pulsed-arc, TIG and manual electrode welding. The digital welding age has dawned. Use it.

TransPuls Synergic 2700 Alu Edition

A special machine for a special material. Aluminium is the material used in many branches of industry. During welding, its pronounced thermal conductivity and its oxide layer repeatedly lead to problems that impair the quality of the seam. Fronius were quick to notice these difficulties - and to develop appropriate solutions. The result is that we can now unveil the first-ever power source to be "tailor-made" for aluminium applications.

We got the idea for the "Alu-Edition" from welding practice: Aluminium applications need "aluminium machines". The Alu-Edition is based on the fully digitised TPS 2700 MIG/MAG power source, and comes with a bundle of extra functions and accessories for aluminium.

Two Packages

When we developed the special aluminium equipment, we realised that when it came to the welding torches, there were two groups of users - which is why we offer two separate packages:

• Package 1 - "Jobmaster" for classic aluminium applications
• Package 2 - "PullMig" for work with every soft aluminium wires or where longer hosepacks are used

TransPocket 1500 / 1500 RC / 1500 TIG

Resonant Intelligence - the new welding standard. The classic inverter is a thing of the past - "resonant intelligence" is the name of the new standard for MMA welding machinery.

Fronius have initiated this generational change by launching four new machines at once: TransPocket 1100 / 1500 / 1500 RC / 1500 TIG.

In addition, Fronius also offer "system suitcases" -meaning welding machines that come with a complete set of welding workplace equipment: Electrode cables, earth cables, hand-shield, wire brush and de-slagging hammer.
